RECOGNITION

Blogging = Community

Community = Mutual Support

One way bloggers support each other is by granting awards that recognize the merit of certain blogs – or their bloggers! I find these blogger-to-blogger awards are very meaningful because who knows better than another blogger, how much heart and dedication go into creating a blog.Thank you to everyone who takes the time to create these awards – and who scours the blogsphere looking for worthy recipients!

One Lovely Blog Award

  1. Hi there,

    We recently did an article on postcards in the Canada’s History magazine and invited readers to submit postcards to our gallery, see http://canadashistory.ca/Magazine/Online-Extension/Articles/Yesterday-s-Email.aspx.

    We also started a forum where people could tell us why they love postcards, or what they feel their significance is. See http://canadashistory.ca/Community/Forums.aspx?forumid=17&threadid=30.

    We’d love it if you would like to share a comment or a few postcards. We’re especially interested in French language postcards if you have any… next week we will be posting the French version of the article and we’d like to illustrate it with French Canadian scenes and typography.

    Sincerely,
    Tanja Hutter, Web Editor, Canada’s History
