View of Coastline Near Grande-Anse, New Brunswick (New Bandon Parish)
This is a photograph I took about 5 years ago, of a beach along the New Brunswick coastline not far from the Grande-Anse Cemetery.
This is a detail of the map “Lighthouses and Sailing Routes [East, circa 1915]“. You can consult a larger, better quality copy online at 2nd Edition, 1915, Atlas of Canada. Grande-Anse is a little ahrd to find on this map. It’s on the south shore of the Baie-des-Chaleurs at about the midway point of the map and the place-name is written in the water.
