  1. My grandfather was from Jersy; his name was Henry Snowman. He ran the Robin Jones store in Brilliant Cove.

  2. My father was Gerard Luce, his father’s name was John Luce and his father’s name was Charles Philip Luce who was probably a son of Philip Luce, not sure

  3. hi patsy. your grandfathers first job was at hymans in grand greve and then robin jones in perce. the last years he worked for uncle rupert and daddy. then he bought the store and when he got sick was sold to basil leggo. aunt mary.

  4. Just stumbled across your posting and spotted this postcard with a map of Jersey. Ironically we have just come back from a week there. A lovely island and it was lovely to see images of a past Jersey. Thanks for sharing.
