Was there an old mill on the other side. My family settled in Ormstown from Ireland in 1823, my father being born there. I am researching my family Wells. Many of them settled in Grand Isle Vt. area and others moved to Ogdensburg, Malone Brandon, NY region. While researching my Great Uncle Napoleon Wells (1870-1945) I found short news clips in the NY papers mentioning going to the “camp in Ormstown”. One says his wife Nora went to a camp meeting there. Another about Napoleon going to camp at Ormstown with Albert Kerry and Edgar Baker. I am posting here because I saw Wells listed as an Ormstown surname. There are still a few more of his siblings I have yet to find or maybe more info about Napoleon from here. Thank you for any information
